CHILD SAFETY POLICY
CHILDREN ARE ONLY PERMITTED IN THE SALON WHEN HAVING A SERVICE. FOR SAFETY REASONS AND INSURANCE PURPOSES, NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 MAY ACCOMPANY YOU WHILE YOU ARE HAVING A SERVICE. WE DO NOT HAVE THE FACILITIES TO CARE FOR CHILDREN. WE LOVE CHILDREN, AND HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND, WE CANNOT ASSURE THEIR SAFETY IN A PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT. WE ALSO DO NOT WANT TO COMPROMISE THE RELAXATION OF OUR GUESTS. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
Your appointments are very important to our team members here at D. Brooke Salon, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- Any multiple services or combos must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not cancelled 24hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card "HOLD" transaction maybe made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. D. Brooke Salon policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. We are very lucky to be able to offer our guest parking in our back lot, we only have a few spaces that say D. Brooke Salon parking. Please do not park in the spaces that say STAFF ONLY, these are paid for by the stylist, if you park in one, you will be asked to move your car. Once these spots are taken we have meters in front of the salon on Elati Street. These are 2 hour meters, we are happy to feed your meter if your appointment goes over the 2 hour mark. There are also multiple spots that are non metered on 12th between Delaware and Elati on 12th Ave.
